These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dicti application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Dicti Services" or "Services") provided by the developers of Dicti ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing, downloading, or using the Dicti Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Dicti Services.

Eligibility: To use Dicti, you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have the consent of your parent or legal guardian to use the Services.

Account Registration: To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Dicti provides pronunciation and vocabulary learning features. To use these features, you may choose to grant the app access to your device's microphone to read words aloud. We process this audio data in real-time solely to provide speech recognition and learning feedback. We do not record, store, or save your voice.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
• Violate any applicable laws, including copyright and privacy laws;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Dicti app;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the proper functioning of the Services;
• Reproduce, resell, or distribute the Dicti Services or any content generated by the Services for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Dicti Services, including text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and software, are the exclusive property of Dicti and its developers. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Services, other than the limited license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes.

THE DICTI SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that any specific learning results will be achieved.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Subscriptions and Premium Features: Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to Dicti's premium vocabulary learning features. Access is provided through our iOS, Android, and/or web platforms. No physical goods are delivered.

Refund Policy:

• Website Purchases: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for purchases made directly through our website. To request a refund, please contact us at the email provided below.
• App Store Purchases: Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to the respective platform's payment terms and refund policies. We cannot process refunds for app store purchases directly; you must request them through Apple or Google.

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms or through the app. Your continued use of the Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Your Country, e.g., Ukraine], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
